Elizabeth Ann Folger

Surrounded by family voicing their love, Elizabeth Ann Folger, passed peacefully after a short battle with cancer. Her love and support, kind heart and positive outlook on life will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Liz most enjoyed spending time with her family, planning and enjoying her garden that she and Mike kept, including the Koi ponds and river filled with fish "full of personality". Santa Cruz was always home even during the years she spent in Washington State, and Russia. 
She is preceded in death by her father, Dewayne Folger and nephew, Shawn Allen. She is survived by her loving, devoted husband of 22 years, Mike Singer; two daughters, Tanya Phillips and Chelsea McMillen (Brian); four grandchildren, Ava, Lillian, Kailen, and Wyatt; parents, Carol and Rusty Bauer; sisters, Sue Bargetto (Paul) and Debbie Allen (Brad) and a large, close extended family. A private gathering is planned.
